How do I start shipping with OneLove?+
Create your customer account to receive your personal OLCR code. Contact the team to confirm the correct receiving address and shipping instructions before sending a package. Sign in to follow recorded package updates and invoices.
Can you shop online for me?+
Yes. Send our team the product link from stores such as Amazon, Walmart, SHEIN, Temu or eBay. We can help purchase on your behalf and confirm the cost and shipping arrangements.
How often do shipments travel?+
Our published schedule is approximately 3–4 shipments per week. Contact us for the next departure and expected arrival; schedules are estimates and can change.
Do you offer delivery across Jamaica?+
Yes, delivery can be arranged to your home, workplace or another agreed address. Fees vary by location. Contact our team to confirm availability and your delivery quote.
How can I pay?+
Our existing payment options include cash, bank transfer and major debit or credit cards. Contact OneLove to confirm the details and available options for your invoice. Only payment options enabled in your account will appear online.
Where can I collect my packages?+
Our main pickup branch is Main Street, Manchioneal, Portland. Golden Grove, St. Thomas offers pickup and drop-off, and Bath, St. Thomas offers drop-off. Contact the team to confirm where your package is available.
Are there storage fees?+
The published storage fee is JMD $50 per day after the specified collection period. Confirm your collection deadline and any applicable storage charges with our team.
Can I ship any item?+
Some products are restricted or prohibited. Contact our team before buying items that may need special handling, documentation or approval.
Can I use the mobile app?+
Download the ShipTriva Customer app from the App Store or Google Play, enter company code OLCR and sign in with your OneLove account. Existing imported customers should use Forgot password to create their new portal password.
